PoSH Perspectives is a knowledge-led platform dedicated to advancing workplace safety through a deeper understanding of PoSH compliance under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Our mission is to empower organisations, Internal Committees, and employees with the insights, resources, and legal literacy needed to foster safe, respectful, and inclusive work environments.

About the Author

I’m Sidra Javed, a legal professional specialising in workplace safety and PoSH compliance. Over the years, I have focused exclusively on developing educational content and delivering legal training related to the PoSH Act, 2013. My work spans across corporate and industrial workplaces, where I’ve conducted awareness and capacity-building programmes for:

  • Internal Committee (IC) members
  • White-collar professionals
  • Blue-collar workforces and frontline employees

My approach combines legal rigour with contextual relevance. Whether it’s facilitating compliance or shifting workplace culture, I aim to bridge the gap between the text of the law and its real-world implementation.
